AVOID Route 209 between Old 209 and Route 28 Town of Hurley due to a fatal accident. Road closed for unknown amount of time.

All regular traffic Northbound on Route 209 prior to Old Route 209 will be diverted up Old Route 209 and onto Main St in Old Hurley.

Commercial traffic will be diverted up Old Route 209 and onto Wynkoop and then onto Hurley Mountain Rd.

All Southbound traffic will be on Route 28 at Route 209.

This will be for an unknown amount of time until the accident and subsequent investigation can be cleared.
