OWI 4th Arrest 
On 05-20-19 at about 6:50pm, Janesville officers were dispatched to a local restaurant for an intoxicated customer who had arrived with a 7 year old child in the vehicle. Upon speaking to the driver of the vehicle, the officer noticed signs of impairment. The driver was put through standard field sobriety tests which confirmed impairment. A Department of Transportation records check showed the driver had 3 prior OWI arrests. An OWI blood draw was obtained with results pending. The driver was identified as Rebecca S. Ferrari (37 years of age from Janesville) who was later held at the Rock County Sheriff's Office pending an initial appearance in court.
Rebecca Ferrari was arrested for Operating while Intoxicated, 4th Offense with a Passenger under the age of 16.
