Traffic Closure for non-residents of Bradford area neighborhoods until further notice. See full alert for details. 
Effective immediately: The San Angelo Police Department and Fire Department have closed off the Bradford neighborhood from onlookers.
Until further notice, the only two points of entrance and exit to the affected area are at 22nd and Bradford and 22nd and Poe. These points of entrance and exit are for residents and mutual aid vehicles only.
This implementation is a result of onlookers who are congesting the area with traffic which is hindering utility repair vehicles and first responder vehicles that are attempting to aid the Bradford area victims.
As a reminder, crossing barriers of any kind (first responder vehicles, cones, barrels, etc.) is against the law.
