The suspect wanted for using his cell phone to secretly photograph women has been identified and arrested

DATE/TIME: May 14, 2019 5:30 p.m.

INCIDENT: PC647(j)(2), Invasion of Privacy

LOCATION: 19201 Bear Valley Road, Apple Valley

SUSPECT: White male adult, 5’11, 140lbs, medium-length brown hair with a mustache and goatee, possibly wearing prescription glasses

VICTIM(S): Two adult females

SUSPECT: Troy Millard, 29 years old, resident of Apple Valley

On Thursday, May 16th Deputy Rollins identified the suspect in this case as Troy Millard. Millard was arrested and booked at High Desert Detention Center on charges of Invasion of Privacy. He was later issued a citation with a court date and released from custody.

SUMMARY:
On Tuesday, May 14, 2019, at approximately 5:30 p.m., deputies from the Apple Valley Station were dispatched to a report of an invasion of privacy that occurred at Target on Bear Valley Road in the Town of Apple Valley. Upon arrival, deputies were advised a white male adult used his mobile phone to secretly photograph the undergarments of the two females; one of whom was wearing a dress. After the incident, the male fled the store through the parking lot to an unknown vehicle.

At the time of the incident, the male was dressed in a maroon ‘trap star’ t-shirt, gray pants and black shoes with red laces. The suspects photo was captured from Target’s closed-circuit television (CCTV) system.
