INCIDENT LOCATION: 2300 N. Sheridan Avenue
INDIANAPOLIS - Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) Missing Person detectives are seeking the public's help in locating Reynold Smith (69), who was last seen at 2:00 p.m. this afternoon in the 2300 block of N. Sheridan Avenue.
Mr. Smith is described as a black male 5’10”, 200lbs, bald with a low beard. He has not been seen or heard from since earlier this afternoon. Mr. Smith was last seen wearing a blue plaid shirt, black pants, and black Velcro shoes. Mr. Smith suffers from Dementia and has a silver alert bracelet.
