Please be advised of traffic delays on Highland at Rosecrans from May 20-24 for SCE electrical upgrades 
Traffic delays are expected due to lane closures on southbound Highland at Rosecrans from 9:00am to 3:30pm, starting Monday, May 20th and concluding on Friday, May 24th. Please consider an alternate route from May 20 - 24th.
