Wilmington Police arrest man found with drugs 
Wilmington Police have arrested and charged a man found with drugs during a traffic stop.
On May 13 at approximately 3:30 p.m., members of the Safe Streets Task Force were on patrol in the 1000 block of West 2nd Street when they conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for failing to signal a turn.
Officers detected a strong odor of marijuana from the vehicle, and in the course of their investigation, they recovered 10.4 grams of crack cocaine, 4.6 grams of marijuana and .728 grams of heroin.
Police arrested and charged 26-year-old Mikal Milik with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute (two counts), possession of marijuana and a traffic violation. He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $15,150 secured bail.
