Accident Hwy 278 at Buckwalter Pkwy in Bluffton, the center and right WB lanes of Hwy 278 are blocked. 
An accident just occured at the intersection of Highway 278 and Buckwalter Parkway. The center and right westbound lanes of Highway 278 are currently blocked by the vehicles involved and emergency vehicles as they work to clear the roadway.
