Authorities find federal probationer in possession of meth 
Lt. Chris Taylor of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Russell Floyd Freshour, 57, address listed as Henry McCall Road in Marion, with possession of methamphetamine.
On Thursday, April 25, sheriff’s deputies and federal probation and parole officers searched a camper in which Freshour lives and located 4 grams of methamphetamine.
Freshour is on federal probation, which makes him subject to warrantless searches.
