Attempting to Identify Owners of Suspected Stolen Property 
On May 10, 2019 at 4:05 am, a patrol officer saw a car being driven very fast on Imperial Avenue near Sheldon Street. Officers stopped the car and learned the driver was on probation for car theft. Further investigation revealed that the driver had bolt cutters and a pry bar (commonly used by thieves to commit burglaries). Officers also found several cell phones, a Kindle tablet, several pairs of sunglasses and two tennis rackets. Based upon the totality of the investigation, the driver was arrested on the suspicion of possessing stolen property.
Suspect: Hermenegildo, Arreola, 33, resident of Santa Fe Springs
Vehicle: 2006 Volvo S40, 4-door, red
