Woman charged after inappropriate relationship with 14-year-old 
Detective Billie Brown of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Tiffany Lynn Forscutt, 32, address listed as North McDowell Avenue in Marion, with statutory rape/statutory sex offense and sex act by a governmental or private institutional employee.
Forscutt was employed by a local therapeutic leadership academy for boys. It is alleged that she had an inappropriate sexual relationship with a 14-year-old male.
