Green Bay Police Respond to a reported Abduction 
Today at approximately 4:05pm, Green Bay Police responded to the area of Hinkle St and W. Mason St Frontage Rd for the report of an abduction. A grandfather had called 911 stating his 18 month old granddaughter was just abducted by the granddaughter's biological father. Officers quickly located the father's vehicle still in the area and conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle. The 18 month old granddaughter was found safely in the vehicle unharmed. This incident was not an abduction and is being handled as a civil custody issue between parents.
