##UPDATE## The Children have been returned..Non-Custodial Abduction Suspect should be considered armed and dangerous

##UPDATE##  The Children have been rerutned and the suspect is with detectives..

Missing Persons Detectives are seeking public assistance in locating two children taken in a non-custodial abduction.  Durrell Shepherd, abuducted Gabriel Yates 4 yrs old, 6-5-2014 and Serenity Shepherd 2 yrs old, 9-17-2016.  Shepherd left on foot with both children from the area of 30th/Baltimore.
