Portland PD: The Run for the Fallen will be leaving Freedom Park around 7:30am going North to Votaw then West 
Portland PD advises that traffic may be congested during the Run for the Fallen. The Run will leave Freedom Park around 7:30am heading North on Meridian Street, turning West on Votaw and exiting the city limits. Drivers are encouraged to be alert if driving near or along the run route.
