Expect traffic delays around Centenary University on Saturday (5/11/19) due to their commencement ceremony. The ceremony is from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Be advised that there is NO PARKING TOW AWAY ZONES on the following streets: 1. North side of Fifth Ave from Grand Ave to Hatchery Hill School. 2. Both sides of Reese Ave from First Ave to Fifth Ave. Any vehicles parked in the No Parking Zones, in handicapped spots without a handicapped placard/plates or on private property (without permission) will be subject to being ticketed and towed. Also expect traffic delays when the ceremony is over on Grand Ave and on Route 46.
