Dear Resident/Business Owner:
The 2019 May Fete event will be held on May 17, 2019 at the Village Green on Wyoming Avenue between Oak and Grove Avenues.  The event will start an hour earlier than it has in the past and will run from 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.  The May Fete Committee is working very closely with the City Administration in order to plan the event and to ensure its success.  As you may know from previous area events, a significant number of logistical issues must be considered in an effort to minimize the inconvenience to area residents and businesses.   Despite the best efforts of everyone involved, some temporary inconvenience should however be anticipated.  For example, Grove Avenue between Wyoming Avenue and the entrance to the Public Safety Building parking lot, Oak Avenue between Wyoming Avenue and Wirtz Way, and Wyoming Avenue between Grove and Van Roberts Place will be closed to vehicular traffic during the event.  This email cannot possibly cover all of the relevant and important details of this event so the P.S.A. has created a link that you may check to find this information.  The link is https://wyomingpsa.wordpress.com/may-fete/
