LA County Fire Department Station 71 (PCH & Zumirez in the Point Dume area of Malibu) will be conducting training this morning until about 12:30 PM using smoke effects. If residents see smoke in that area at that time, it is part of a training, and involves artificial smoke. The City, Sheriffs and Fire Department have been notified.
