Chapel Ave closed at Rt 38 for emergency utility pole work 
Chapel Ave is CLOSED TO ALL TRAFFIC between Rt 38 and Woodland Ave, for an emergency utility pole replacement.
Northbound Chapel Ave traffic is being diverted onto Haddonfield Rd, or onto Rt 38 eastbound to turn around at Haddonfield Rd and come back westbound to Chapel Ave on the other side of the closure.
Southbound Chapel is open to Rt 38 for right turns, left turns for Rt 38 eastbound are being diverted to Longwood Ave.
This work is expected to remain in effect until about 2PM today.
