Lt. Chris Taylor of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Sandra McKinney Capps, 63, address listed as Fairview Park Lane in Marion, with possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a dwelling to keep a controlled substance.
                She is also charged with probation violations.
                On Thursday, April 18, Taylor and officers with Marion Police Department assisted state probation and parole officers with a search of Capps’ residence. She is on probation and subject to warrantless searches.
                Authorities located approximately 2 grams of methamphetamine.
