On May 7, 2019 at 4:38 PM, officers of the Amarillo Police Department were dispatched to a parking lot in the 7100 block of Wolflin Avenue on shots fired. When officers arrived they found an injured man lying on the ground. This man was identified as Dustin Edward Larance, age 28. Larance was transported to a local hospital where he later died.
