                Deputy Jason Cook of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged a 17-year-old female McDowell High student with having drugs on campus.
                On Friday, April 26, several K-9 units conducted a random narcotics sniff at the high school. K-9 Loki alerted on a vehicle belonging to the teen.
                Inside the automobile, authorities located 2 grams of liquid THC.
                Cook issued her a citation for possession of marijuana.
