Incident: Residential Burglary
Location: Unincorporated area of Fontana
SUMMARY:
On May 6, 2019, sometime between 10:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., unknown suspect(s) forced entry into an off duty deputy’s backyard, gained entry to the residence through a rear door and stole multiple items from the Sam Brown duty belt. The Sam Brown belt was in the deputy’s bedroom on the floor and contained the Glock Model 17 (Serial Number SSX742) with fully loaded magazine and a department issued X2Tazer (X30003RNV). Also taken was a Rapid Containment Baton (RCB) and two additional fully loaded magazines.
