Several roads also remain closed in the area due to flooding of other small streams. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Winchester, Martinsburg, Charles Town, Shepherdstown, Millwood Pike, Ranson, Berryville, Inwood, Stephens City, Harpers Ferry, Kearneysville, Corporation Of Ranson, Berkeley, Middletown, Bolivar, Shenandoah Junction, Boyce, Middleway, Winebrenners Cross and White Post.
