Synopsis: A 34 year old male victim got into a verbal argument with his 25 year old male neighbor (suspect). During the argument the suspect stabbed the victim in the ear causing a laceration and cut to the ear. The victim was transported to the hospital with non life threatening injuries. The suspect fled the scene. Police arrested 25 year old Jesus Alejandro Rodriguez-Venegas at his house a short time later. San Diego Police Western Division Detectives are investigating.
