    Heavy rainfall from the past several days has caused area rivers to rise.  This rainfall along with more rainfall forecasted will cause these rivers to rise into flood stages.  
    Never drive vehicles through flooded areas.  THe water may be too deep.  Never allow children to play in or near flood waters.  Detailed river forecasts and more information can be found on the internet at www.weather.gov/iwx under rivers and lakes.
