The City of Banning's computer network was compromised by a Ransomware Malware virus on Friday, April 26, 2019. Most major systems have been impacted and are not functioning properly. City I.T. staff is currently working on the issue. An estimated time for full recovery is currently unavailable. Email and phone systems are down, but City Hall is open with limited services.
