Synopsis: A 60 year old male was driving his 2006 VW Passat, eastbound in the number one lane of 2800 Harbor Drive. A 26 year old female pedestrian started to cross Harbor Drive from south to north. The female walked out in front of the male driver and she was struck in number one lane. The female was transported to a local hospital. She sustained a fractured pelvis. No alcohol was involved. Traffic Division responded and are investigating the collision.
