* WHAT...Snow expected above 9000 feet. Total snow accumulations of 8 to 14 inches expected. Snow levels lowering to 9000 feet by Monday evening. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Northwest San Juan Mountains and Southwest San Juan Mountains.

* WHEN...From 6 AM Monday to 6 PM MDT Tuesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning and evening commutes. A detailed map of the snowfall can be found at: www.weather.gov/gjt/winter.
