Synopsis: A 17 year old male was traveling northbound on 13800 El Camino Real at a high rate of speed. The male lost control of his vehicle and drove over the center median. A 25 year old female driver traveling southbound El Camino Real was struck head on by the male driver. The female driver was transported to a local hospital and treated for a fractured pelvis. SDPD Traffic Units responded to the scene and will be handling.
