INCIDENT: Indecent Exposure
LOCATION: Jade Road near Northstar Avenue, Victorville
SUSPECT: Unknown male
VICTIM: 16-year old female
SUMMARY: On April 24, 2019, at approximately 12:30 pm, a 16-year old female was walking home from school on Jade Rd, near Northstar Ave, when a man pulled up next to her. As he spoke to her through the passenger side window, she noticed he had his pants open and was masturbating. She got frightened and ran home. Deputies were unable to locate the man or the vehicle.
The suspect was described as a white male, approximately 25-years old. He has light brown hair and a beard. The vehicle was described as a silver Toyota Camry, possibly a 2009 or similar model, and was missing the rear license plate.
