Update #1 – Investigation (1400 block of West Third Street) 
Wilmington Police have identified the victim of an April 3 fatal shooting incident as 31-year-old Kevis Tyler.
On April 3 at approximately 9:01 p.m., police were called to the 1400 block of West Third Street.
Arriving officers located a gunshot victim and immediately began rendering aid. The victim was transported to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
