DATE/TIME: April 22nd, 2019 at approximately 10:00 pm
LOCATION: Elberon Blvd., Oakhurst section of Ocean Township
OFFICERS: Detective Michael Legg
ACCUSED: Tanner Koch, 26 year-old male // Ocean Township, New Jersey
NARRATIVE:
At approximately 10:00 pm the accused from the shooting incident that occurred on April 21st, 2019 in the area of Elberon Blvd, Tanner Koch, turned himself in at Ocean Township Police headquarters without incident. Koch was processed accordingly and transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institute.
