Janesville resident arrested for 7th offense OWI. 
On 4/23/19 at 1:56 AM Officer Danielson stopped Mark A. Matteson in the area of W. Delevan Drive and S. Academy Street for a traffic violation. Matteson displayed signs impairment, and failed standardized field sobriety testing. Matteson was arrested for operating while intoxicated 7th offense, and held at the Rock County Jail.
