Athens-Clarke County Police are looking for Victoria and Victor Moran. Victoria Moran, a 12 year old black female, 5 ft 3 in. and 150 lbs., was last seen with her brother, Victor Moran, 11 year old black male, 5 ft and 130 lbs., in the Rocksprings area yesterday evening on 04-21-2019.
