Severe Thunderstorm Warning until 11:00PM

At 1023 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 6 miles southeast of Spring Hill to near Louisburg to near Linn Valley to near La Cygne, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Lee's Summit, Grandview, Belton, Raymore, Harrisonville, Paola, Peculiar, Osawatomie, Louisburg, La Cygne, Lake Winnebago, Drexel, Linn Valley, Cleveland, Freeman, Parker, Fontana, Lake Annette, Amsterdam and West Line.

Instructions:

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building. Continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms. Move indoors immediately.
