Simi Police Arrest Fugitive 
On April 16th, Simi Valley Police Officers received information from the Pennsylvania State Police (York Barracks) that a person wanted for identity theft and forgery violations was living in Simi Valley. The crimes charged were committed in Pennsylvania and New York.
Simi Valley Officers went to the 2000 Block of Sequoia Avenue, where they located and arrested the suspect who was identified as 44-year-old. Gary Allen Frost. Frost was booked into the Ventura County Jail as a wanted fugitive, pending extradition to Pennsylvania. Additional information regarding the crimes committed can be obtained from the Pa. State Police.
The Ventura County Sheriff is authorized to release a photograph of the suspect.
