Two arrested for multiple Drug Charges

ACCUSED: Erin Sullivan- 36 year-old Female // Middletown Township, NJ and Derek Fix- 27 year-old male // Lakewood NJ
NARRATIVE:
On April 12th 2019 at approximately 1:30 am Officers responded to the Parking lot of the Tower Motel for a suspicious person complaint. Officers located the accused, Erin Sullivan and Derek Fix and began to speak to them about their behavior. It was during this time that Derek was found to be in possession of Heroin, a syringe and other drug paraphernalia. Further investigation revealed that when officers arrived on scene, Erin attempted to destroy evidence by throwing it behind the Motel. Officers searched the area and recovered several bags of Heroin, Syringes and prescription legend narcotics from behind the Motel. Both accused were placed under arrest, processed and released on a criminal summons pending a future court appearance. Accused charged with; Possession of Heroin, Possession of Hypodermic Syringe, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Under the Influence of CDS and Tampering with Evidence.
