* IMPACTS...Strong winds will blow around unsecured objects and may blow down tree limbs and power lines. Scattered power outages can be expected.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...With the ground saturated from previous rain, trees and power lines will be more susceptible to the adverse effects of strong winds.
