Traffic in both directions on N. San Mateo Dr. has reopened. E. Poplar Ave. remains closed for approximately the next 3 hours from N. San Mateo Dr. to N. Ellsworth Ave. while PGE is onscene conducting the repair. Foot traffic is open only on the north side of the street.
