The National Weather Service in Charleston West Virginia has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... West central Randolph County in northeastern West Virginia... Southeastern Lewis County in northern West Virginia... Braxton County in north central West Virginia... Upshur County in northeastern West Virginia...

* Until 1100 PM EDT.

* At 1009 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Gassaway, or near Sutton, moving northeast at 55 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include... Buckhannon, Sutton, Gassaway, Rock Cave, Burnsville, Flatwoods, Cleveland, Kanawha Head, Ireland, Overhill, French Creek, Frametown, Strange Creek, Lorentz, Sand Run, Alton, Exchange, Heaters, Walkersville and Ellamore. This includes the following highways... Interstate 79 between mile markers 50 and 82, and between mile markers 85 and 88. Route 19 near mile marker 68. Route 33 between mile markers 3 and 17.

* AFFECTED AREAS: LEWIS, WV ... UPSHUR, WV ... BRAXTON, WV ... RANDOLPH, WV
