* At 715 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from East Liverpool to near Wintersville, moving northeast at 70 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts to 60 mph. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some power outages.

* Locations impacted include... Ross Township... McCandless Township... Cranberry... Moon Township... Weirton... Steubenville... Franklin Park... East Liverpool... Aliquippa... Beaver Falls...
