WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM CDT THIS EVENING...
The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a Wind
Advisory, which is in effect until 9 PM CDT this evening.
* TIMING... now through 9 PM CDT.
* WINDS... sustained winds of 15 to 30 MPH with gusts of 30 to 40
MPH.
* IMPACTS... Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
High profile vehicles should exercise caution.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Wind Advisory means that wind gusts of 35 mph are expected.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult...especially for
high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
