Traffic Update due to Weehawken Power Outage:
1. Traffic in and out of Hoboken from the North end has returned to normal.
2. Weehawken has reopened access to Rt. 495
3. Hoboken officers and Traffic Control officers have returned to Hoboken for their regular duty.
