* WINDS...South 20 to 30 mph, with gusts of 45-50 mph.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds may blow down limbs, trees, and power lines. Scattered power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles on east-west oriented roads and highways. These winds could also lift and move trash cans, lawn furniture, and other loose outdoor objects.
