Due to a power outage in Weehawken, several of the traffic lights in Weehawken approaching the Hoboken entrance are out of operation, causing traffic delays. Two Hoboken Police Officers and Traffic Control Officers have been dispatched from Hoboken to assist with traffic management. The Lincoln Tunnel is open, but there may be delays entering and exiting the tunnel and near the northern entrances to Hoboken, especially during rush hour.
Currently, the Willow Avenue Bridge is only being used for cars and buses entering and exiting the Lincoln Tunnel. Residents are encouraged to enter and exit Hoboken on the southern entrances to the City if possible.
