INDIANAPOLIS - Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) Missing Person detectives are seeking the public's help in locating 1-year-old Kristian Juarez, who was last seen on Sunday 4.7.19.
Grandmother Tishawn Blackwell took Kristian on Sunday 4.7.19 and has not returned the child back to his mother. Blackwell has turned her cell phone off and may be driving a stolen Beige/Tan 2005 Buick Rendezvous with Indiana Plate #284TES which belongs to the child’s mother. Kristian is described as a black male 25 lbs., black hair and brown eyes.
