* Tornado Warning for... Northwestern Vernon Parish in west central Louisiana...

* Until 315 PM CDT.

* At 246 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over New Llano, or over Leesville, moving north at 25 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near... Leesville around 255 PM CDT. Anacoco around 310 PM CDT. Hornbeck around 315 PM CDT.

* AFFECTED AREAS: VERNON, LA
