Eleven People Arrested During SLA Inspection
Suffolk County Police this morning arrested eleven people during a State Liquor Authority Inspection in Lindenhurst.
First Precinct Crime Section officers, in conjunction with the First Precinct Gang team, First Precinct Community Support Unit, First Precinct patrol officers, State of New York Liquor Authority Investigators, and the Village of Lindenhurst’s Fire Marshal conducted the inspection at the Brewhaus Pub, located at 111 North Wellwood Avenue at 12:03 a.m. The findings were as follows:
First Precinct Crime Section officers, along with officers from the First Precincts Gang Team and Community Support Unit, arrested two women and nine men:
Carmella Saccente, 42, of Lindenhurst, was charged with two counts of ABC Law Disorderly Premise (a misdemeanor), and issued a combined forty summonses by the Suffolk County Police, the State Liquor Authority and the Lindenhurst Fire Marshal.
Adam Taffner, 33, of Lindenhurst, was charged with two counts of ABC Law Disorderly Premise (a misdemeanor.)
Tara Pearson, 35, of Central Islip, was charged with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child, for serving alcohol to an underage undercover police agent.
Marcus Henderson, 31, of West Babylon, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th Degree, and for acting as an unlicensed security guard, (a misdemeanor under New York State Business Law.)
Michael McConville, 30, of Lindenhurst, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
James Schneider, 22, of Amityville, was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.
Reuben Marquez, 51, of Copiague, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon.
Daniel Vandewater, 29, of Lindenhurst, was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.
Joshua Monlouis, 20, of Copiague, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
Christopher Lamonica, 28, of Copiague, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.
Derek Korzeniowski, 36, of Lindenhurst, was charged with False Personation.
Marcus Henderson will be arraigned on April 6, 2019 at First District Court in Central Islip. All other defendants were released on bail and will be arraigned at a later date.
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
