Traffic enforcement today. Please put the distractions away, buckle up and obey speed limits.

The Sheboygan Police Department will have extra officers on the road enforcing traffic violations. The goal is to make drivers more diligent in their driving practices and reduce traffic accidents. This is a continuous effort to create deterrence and change unlawful traffic behaviors in our city.  Specifically, we will be looking for inattentive drivers. Remember to stay focused on the task of driving when behind the wheel. Put those distractions away, obey posted speed limits, and wear your seat belt. We wish for everyone to get to their destinations safely.
Thank you and have a great weekend!
