UPDATE: The dog was returned to his owner today!

Today (4/4/19) at approximately 10:30am, a 6yr old male Yorkie Terrier was running loose near Fort Lee Road and Chestnut Street. 2 white females with blond hair approximately 40-50yrs of age were observed picking up the dog. The females told a 3rd party that they would contact the police department to turn in the dog. The females were seen leaving the area in a white SUV.  As of this afternoon, the dog has not been turned in. The dog was wearing a collar with the owner's telephone numbers.
